Description
Crane C Hook is used for horizontal lifting of steel coil. Firstly, it looks like a letter C from its appearance, so it is called Crane C Hook. Mainly used in steel mills, cold rolled sheet production and processing enterprises, storage and transportation warehouses and other workplaces using horizontal steel coils.
Crane C Hook is mainly composed of lifting concrete and counterweight iron in terms of structure. The main part is made of alloy steel and steel pipe, and the section is box-type structure. The counterweight iron plays the role of regulating the balance of the spindles, so that the center of gravity of the spindles and the suspended objects is in a line. Crane C Hook adopts high-density reinforced plate reinforcement, embedded reinforced lifting lug, multi-layer anti-rust treatment of finished spreader, and precise size of CNC cutting.
Crane C Hook can add protective measures, such as rubber, nylon plate, aluminum plate, polyurethane, rubber pad, etc., at the contact position between spreader and hanging object according to user’s requirements, to protect the hanging object from damage.

Features
1, the main force members are all made of Q345B low alloy steel, and the pin shaft is made of 40Cr

The user can provide the width, inner diameter, outer diameter, ambient temperature and field use condition according to the actual use situation on site.
