Safety braking is mainly used for middle and large crane, hoisting mechanism of port cargo handling machinery, mine hoist, winch, belt conveyor, and cable cars etc.. Especially the safety brake for casting crane and low-speed-shaft on other mechanism. When the working brake is failed or drive shaft, gear and other parts of drive system is failed, it can be used as emergency safety braking.

Braking principle |
Oil pressure release is provided by hydraulic station, and friction braking is applied by spring |
